The organizing committee has negotiated special rates with hotels located near the conference site;
These rates have been negociated for a limited number of rooms blocked, and time period (until August 31), so they might increase if you make your reservation later.
September is busy on the French Riviera and even in a Science Park like Sophia Antipolis, the hotels are full during this period. Thus we cannot insist enough on the necessity to reserve your room as early as possible.
