The remainder of this tutorial is organized as follows. Chapter 6.2 described preliminary steps: required preprocessing, images loading, images re orientation. Chapter 6.3 presents the image visualization interfaces. Chapter 6.4 is a step by step procedure to realize segmentations. Chapter 7.3 describes how to save the segmentation and how to get statistics from the obtained segmentations.
