Dear colleague,
We are organizing an international conference entitled "Heights" during April 26-30, 2011, at Tossa del Mar. The focus will be on the arithmetic notion of height and its rôle in Diophantine and Arakelov geometries, dynamical systems and computer algebra, further information at http://www.imub.ub.es/heights2011/. Tossa del Mar is a small village located in the Costa Brava, at about 85km north of Barcelona and 30km from Gerona. The conference will take place in the hotel Reymar ( www.granhotelreymar.com).
