but I am quite confused here, actually.

I thought that this is exactly what I supported (and some other 
people have proposed), i.e. create group to solve specific know
(or maybe unknown) issues in limited areas. Maybe I was like too
demanding but my purpose was only to introduce possible problem
areas.

But instead, now I have find that some other people think that 
UDLR has already solved all possible known and unknown issues,
even to extend that some other specifications have to be
"corrected" so that they can be used with UDLR.

If the issue is, that UDLR should be finalized first, 
you are probably right, but that may happen more effectively
if areas that necessarily don't belong to UDLR spec are 
recognized and possibly delegated to right "subgroups".
