Yaiza Bermudez is a Ph.D. student at Centre Inria d'Université Côte d'Azur. Her doctoral research is funded by the Agence de l'Innovation de Défense (AID) of the French Ministry of Defense. She is supervised by Samir M. Perlaza and Iñaki Esnaola, as part of a collaborative effort between France and the United Kingdom.

Ms. Bermudez earned her M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from ENSIMAG, Grenoble-INP, in 2024. Her master’s thesis, completed at CEA, focused on heat consumption forecasting for residential buildings using incremental learning. During the final year of her master's program, she was awarded a merit scholarship by the Multidisciplinary Institute in Artificial Intelligence (MIAI). She also holds a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Aix-Marseille University (AMU)
