Adds a component to this container and return this.

Parameters:
index - [optional, default is -1] The position at which to insert the component, or -1 to append the component to the end.
component - The component to be added.

addSpace

Adds an empty element filling the remaining space and return this.

get

public JComponent get(int index)
Gets the component of the given index.

Parameters:
index - The component index.
Returns:
The component of the given index.

length

public int length()
Returns the number of components.

setColumns

public TabularContainer setColumns(int columns)
Sets the container number of columns and return this.

Parameters:
columns - Number of columns in this container: a vertical container has 1 column, a horizontal container a 0 column (default).
