Adds a component to this container and return this.

Parameters:
index - [optional, default is -1] The position at which to insert the component.
icon - [optional, default is null] The icon to be displayed in this tab, if any (i.e. if not null).
label - [optional, default is the title or tool-tip] The label to be displayed in this tab (default is the component title if any else the tool-tip).
component - The component to be added (with an optional tool-tip to be displayed for this tab).

A structure of the form <imp-gui:tab icon=".." label=".."><imp-gui: .. component /></imp-gui:tab>

get

Gets the component of the given index.
