Method Detail

getValue

public String getValue()
Gets the last input color.


outputValue

public void outputValue(String color)
Called when a new color is input.

Parameters:
color - A string of the form "#RRGGBB" where RR, GG and BB are hexadecimal values for the red, green and blue channels.

setInput

public ColorInput setInput(String panel)
Sets the color-input panel and return this.

Parameters:
panel - Either "mosaic"(default) for mosaic of color, or "RGB" for a red-green-blue adjustment, or "HSB" for a hue-saturation- adjustment.

setValue

public ColorInput setValue(String value)
Sets the default value (or null to clear the selection) and returns this.


toColor

public static Color toColor(String color)
Gets the color defined by a the color string.

Parameters:
color - A color is defined by a proportion of red-green-blue:
Known color are: black, blue, cyan, gray, green, magenta, orange, pink, red, yellow and transparent.
Any color may be defined numerically with the construct #RRGGBB where RR/GG/BB are the hexadecimal values of the red/green/blue channels, respectively.
Returns:
The corresponding Java color or null if the string is null, the empty string or equal to "transparent".
Throws:
IllegalArgumentException - If the string is not a valid color.

toString

public static String toString(Color color)
Returns a string representing the given color.

Parameters:
color - The Java color.
Returns:
A string of the form "#RRGGBB" where RR, GG and BB are hexadecimal values for the red, green and blue channels or "transparent" if the color is null.

red - Red color value between 0-255.
