Segmentation comparison criteria

The validation criteria are computed in two steps.

• The lesion detection step.
• The lesion delineation step.

For the moment and for each of this steps, the following criteria are computed:

• Sensitivity,
• Positive predictive value.

Other criteria will be added shorly.
