Hotel Reservation

A provision of single rooms has been booked on site. We need to confirm attendance to the Seminar Center management by Monday, november 4th. So please let us know as precisely as possible your arrival and departure dates. Your reservation will be made by INRIA for you.

We shall try to organize shared taxi or shuttle rides from nearby train stations and airports on Sunday late afternoon and Monday morning (this is why arrival time comes handy, so please provide it asap if you are interested).

Price and Payment

Price for a full board reservation (single room with breakfast, lunch and dinner) is 83,69 euros per day. Each participant shall pay for his stay directly on site the first day of arrival (all means of payment are accepted). This daily accommodation cannot be divided (sorry).
