Piccola is a small language for composing software components, based on a variant of Milner's pi calculus with first-class namespaces. The Java implementation, JPiccola, has recently undergone considerable changes, and a distribution including a tutorial and language reference is now available from this link:

Bugs and comments can be posted on the Piccola swiki page, accessible from the same location.
