I am Ph.D. student in Sciences since November 2009 in MORPHEME, joint team-project of I3S, INRIA and IBDC, at I3S Sophia Antipolis research center.

My Ph.D. directors are Laure Blanc-Féraud and Marc Antonini.

My Ph.D. deals with the optimization of the compression/restoration chain for satellite images. The aim of this work is to optimize the process of satellite images restoration knowing the parameters of the compression and of the acquisition (sampling, FTM, quantization, rate).

This work is done in collaboration with CNES and Thales Alenia Space.
