Who I am:

I am a post-doc in computer science in the group of Hebert Jaeger called MINDS in Jacobs University Bremen. I did my PhD in the field of mathematical neuroscience in the NeuroMathComp group at INRIA in Paris under the supervision of Olivier Faugeras.

My research mainly deals with making the most of our knowledge of information processing in the brain to build autonomous agents that can understand and interact with a complex environment.

The scientific fields I am interested in are:

  • Biological neural network modelisation (e.g spiking networks, Hopfield networks, neural fields)
  • Learning in recurrent neural networks: unsupervised, reinforcment and supervised (in decreasing order of interest).
  • Autonomous agents interacting with complex environments.
  • Dynamical systems (e.g. slow-fast systems, stochastic differential equations, mean field approaches).
  • Linear algebra (e.g. Kronecker algebra, Riccati equations).
  • Python development.
