EnaS (Event neural assembly simulation)

Enas is the fruit of a lot of works and many recent studies in performing analysis on neural data, especially retina MEA recording. I have been participating in this software development since three years. My major participation was to make analysis for large networks of neurons using Montecarlo method (See for more details ). In addition, I have been also implementing some famous analytical tools in order to make the software more complementary for experimentalists.

It's an open source software, coded in C/C++ and dedicated to developers as well as for End-Users. It could be downloaded also as a GUI. The GUI is beeing developped in collaboration with Selim Kraria, a software engineer from the Dream team
