These rates have been negociated for a limited number of rooms blocked, and time period (until Febuary 10), so they might increase if you make your reservation later.

Other hotels can also be found in more animated and touristic places like Antibes-Juan les Pins. Antibes is well connected with INRIA and the bus service is really cheap (one euro). It takes about 20 minutes to get to Sophia-Antipolis.
