Problems with centaur_1.2

hello TYPOL SPECIALISTS, 

I have two problems with Centaur_1.2 :

 - When executing my TYPOL programs, I have the following message : " no room 
    for list ".

 - The second problem is about {ctedit}:set-variable function; the system 
   don't find it. The message is : "undefined function".
