The command is: ./util/shdown_sup `cat supervisor.ref`

5.2 Shut down a Bioprocess

The command is: ./util/shdown_biopc `cat bioprocess_bioprocessId.ref`

Where bioprocessId is the bioprocess Id.

Repeat this for each bioprocess you want to stop.
