This is the Odin Installer Manual.
It is meant to guide the people responsible for setting up, configuring and troubleshooting an installation of Odin from compilation to startup and shutdown.
It does not cover writing Observers and Controllers in Scilab (see the User Manual), or writing new Bioprocess drivers, or maintaining the Odin codebase (see the Developer manual).
README files are present in most Odin directories. Please take the time to read them as they are a good source of relevant information.
