This model considers 3 by 3 cliques

We define the energy associated with EDGES, LINES and NOISE

Its main property is to REGULARIZE the solution without erasing the FINE STRUCTURES.

It first appeared in the litterature in a paper written by Xavier Descombes, Jef Mangin, Eugene Pechersky and Marc Sigelle, but was mostly inspired by my dog (chien in French) Tolstoi.
