- March 2005 - September 2005: 3rd year internship (6 months) at TELEMETRIS (a computer science and consulting agency), at “Issy les Moulineaux”, near Paris, FRANCE.
I worked on two Java software intended to the Customer Relationship Management environment:
- TELEMETRIS Front Report : Software used by managers to have a direct visibility of all their customers’ platforms.
- TELEMETRIS Quality Report : Software used to evaluate all the teleagents of a firm.
My contributions:
- Application development:
- Software personalization: users preferences, languages management, creation of personalized report
- Migration to ASP (problems with databases, login, security…)
- Knowledge transference: commented code, documents writing, explaining to my successor problematic of ours software
