Rares SERBAN

Since October 1999 I am pursuing my Ph.D of the Ecole Superieure en Sciences Informatique in the PLANETE research team (INRIA), under the supervision of Walid Dabbous. My Ph.D research theme was "Dynamic QoS Management in the Internet". In September 2003 I degreed my Ph.D. I will work at IUT-GTR Sophia Antipolis as ATER.
