Description:: Communication networks creates new needs : after texts, sounds and images, geometric informatino is now traveling on the internet; in particular 3D models of objects.
The aim of the internship is to develop a prototype for the visualization of 3D models through the internet. The work will be done in PRISME group for compression aspects [DG01] in link with PLANETE group for network and REVES group for computer graphics. The REALVIZ company is also interested in that project.
