Biography

Dr. Majed Haddad received his Electrical Engineering diploma in 2004 from the National Engineering School of Tunis (ENIT), Tunisia. He received the Master degree from Polytech Nice Sophia in France in 2005, and a doctorate in Electrical Engineering from Eurecom Institute in 2008 under the supervision of Mérouane Debbah. In 2009, he joined France Telecom R&D as a post-doctoral research fellow. In 2010, he pursuied his postdoctoral research at INRIA Sophia-Antipolis working under the supervision of Eitan Altman. In 2011, he joined University of Avignon in France as a researcher assistant. Dr. Haddad is currently a research engineer at INRIA Sophia-Antipolis in France under an INRIA-ALCATEL-LUCENT Bell-labs fellowship where his main research interests are in radio resource management, heterogeneous networks, green networks, complex networks and game theory. Majed has published more than 40 research papers in international conferences, journals, book chapters and patents. He also acts as TPC chair, TPC member and reviewer for various prestigious conferences and journals.

My research interests include: Dynamic Radio Resource Allocation, Heterogeneous Networks, Self-Organizing Networks, Device to Device Communication, complex networks, social networks, energy efficiency, Game Theory, Learning Theory, Control Theory and Information Theory.
