The MEDITWIN project aims to create personalized virtual twins for advanced medical diagnostics and treatment. Over a five-year period, MEDITWIN seeks to standardize and globally implement virtual twin technologies, marking a significant milestone in the intersection of medical science and cutting-edge technology.

In this project, I am involved in the development of innovative methodologies for assessing the quality of anatomical structure or pathology reconstructions from medical images. I am also developing novel methods to estimate motion parameters from time series of images by using generative image models.
