Angelo Rodio | Inria | PhD Candidate
About me
My name is Angelo Rodio. I am a third-year PhD student working on “Resource-Aware Federated Learning” under the guidance of Dr. Giovanni Neglia and Prof. Alain Jean-Marie at Inria Sophia-Antipolis (Team NEO).
My PhD scholarship is generously funded by 3IA Côte d'Azur, one of France's leading “Interdisciplinary Institutes for Artificial Intelligence.”
I specialize in distributed and federated learning systems. My research focuses on designing large-scale federated learning algorithms for efficient data and system utilization, with particular emphasis on wireless networks and resource constraints.
I employ mathematical tools from distributed optimization and statistical learning theory.
