The next deadline is July 1rst; at this point we expect to have received from all speakers preliminary written notes to be included in a booklet which shall be given to the participants upon arrival at Poquerolles. Eventually, we will ask for a final version of your lectures to be published in a Proceedings volume; the deadline will probably be towards the end of the year. The "booklet document" can be viewed as an outline or extended summary or preliminary version of the "proceedings document".
For the preliminary notes, we insist on the July 1rst date to make sure that the editor will be able to manufacture the booklets during the summer. On the other hand, we are very flexible for the format: please feel free to use your favorite text editor or processor and send us an electronic file (tex, dvi, doc, pdf,..); choose the length which suits you best (approximately, between 5 and 10 pages), as well as the level of wording and the language (french or english); technicalities should not be avoided, but at all cost obscure notations or concepts of a limited application range. May we only stress that since it is a course for "students" and colleagues active in other fields, it seems advisable to show why a problem is "natural" before going straight to its solution. Also, the notes should include a commented bibliography.
The contributions should be sent to José Grimm: Jose.Grimm@sophia.inria.fr
