Organizational culture can be a barrier to living labs. Sometimes to implement a living lab in a hierarchical organisation can be seen as a threat by some workers who do not share the value of a user centered design. In this clip, we present a case were living lab was added to a project but not wanted by some of the team members assigned by the direction of the institution to the living lab project.
