There are approximately over 200 Living Labs belonging to the ENoLL network nowadays with different features, objectives and action lines. Unfortunately, the best way to integrate key stakeholders and partners into Living Labs innovation processes is different in each case and depends on the specific features, location and culture of each one. Throughout this technical paper we describe the policy followed by CIAmI, a Living Lab located in the Valencia Technological Park (Spain), with external entities or stakeholders that may be interested in using this technological tool for open innovation. Questions such as what can be offered to external partners in a Living Lab or what can we get as managers from these third parties try to be solved in the following paragraphs.
