This short paper presents a project to be launched this autumn 2010. How to participate to the development of a “rurban” territory close to or at the inner frontier of a megapole, Paris Region? We are a few citizens that have grasped the opportunity of digital means and territorial crisis to launch a device of development centred on a bottom-up approach to fulfil the needs and expectations of the population.

At the very beginning of the process we are willing to confront our project with your experience of Living Labs.
