Where is the frontier between R&D research and market research? A living lab was introduced to test a technological product. In fact, it wasn’t a real living lab but a market research about the perception of a product. However, adding some extra work the non-living lab became a living lab. Fortunately, the project came out, but it could have gone wrong.
