The web browser you are using is not supported by this website.
Internet explorer supports none of the standards of the internet, and hence requires most of the websites to be developped two times, the first one according to standards, and the second according to internet explorer, meaning an incredible loss of time to find out ( as it is not documented ) what standards features have been integrated in Internet Explorer, and when they are, how they differ from what they should be.
Hopefully, there exist friendlier web browsers ( both for web developpers and for users ) you can install in a few minutes, for example Mozilla Firefox ( which you can download by clicking here ). This web browser IS respectful of the standards
