The lltunnel draft has been recently updated taking into account the
latest IESG comments.

Draft v6 includes the following changes:

- rewriting of the security consideration section (Section 11)
- IANA consideration section added (Section 10)
- IANA provided a new multicast address for DTCP. This new address
(224.0.0.36) is *link local* and obsolates 224.0.1.124
- An appendix explains the "DTCP announcement address transition plan"
in order to support "old" receiver already deployed
- reformulation of the Tunnel Type in Section 7.1
