Mailing list bug fixed

We had a problem on the udlr list during this summer.
Several messages were delivered only to a part of the list members.
This problem is fixed now. But, you can retreive all the 
exchanged e-mails from the udlr archive:
ftp://www.inria.fr/rodeo/udlr/archive.txt
