Engineering Internship

M.Sc. and Engineering theses receive a stipend to cover expenses ("Indemnité de stage") or a minimum salary. Please note that both French students from Masters programs and engineering schools AND students from other countries are strongly encouraged to apply. We have a strong tradition of hosting foreign students for Masters theses.

We are currently offering an engineering thesis (5-6 months), in the context of an INRIA-funded collaborative initiative "NIEVE: Navigation and Interfaces in Emotional Virtual Environments

Development of an Immersive Virtual Environment for the study of Phobias

This internship is available immediately.

Postdoctoral Fellowship

Ph.D. Topics

We are proposing the following PhD topics in the REVES team at Sophia-Antipolis:

Continuous Transitions from Realistic Stylized Rendering with an Application to Navigation (G. Drettakis)
Error Analysis for Modern Shadow and Lighting Algorithms (G. Drettakis)
Coding and Interactive techniques for manipulation of appearance in Computer Graphics (G. Drettakis)
Texture Synthesis Coding (G. Drettakis)

These PhDs can be financed either by 'Ecole Doctorale UNSA-STIC' or by INRIA (Cordi program). If you are interested, please contact us so that we can indicate you where and how to apply.
