Using the URLconf defined in moduleStoreNs3.urls, Django tried these URL patterns, in this order:

1. ^bake/
2. ^admin/
3. ^comments/
4. ^accounts/
5. ^$
6. ^update_session/
7. ^site_media/(?P<path>.*)$
8. ^test/

The current URL, base.css, didn't match any of these.

You're seeing this error because you have DEBUG = True in your Django settings file. Change that to False, and Django will display a standard 404 page.
