This part defines auxiliary constructs (e.g., information flows,
models, templates, primitive types) and the profiles used to customize
UML for various domains, platforms and methods. The UML packages that
support auxiliary constructs, along with the structure packages they
depend upon (InternalStructures, Dependencies and Kernel) are shown in
Figure 411.
The function and contents of these
packages are described in following chapters, which are organized by
major subject areas.
