The SysML editor has been specified from the OMGSysML-FAS-06-05-04 specification as well as the SysML metamodel defined in the org.topcased.sysml plugin.

2.1.1. Comment
A comment gives the ability to attach various remarks to elements. A comment carries no semantic force, but may contain information that is useful to a modeler.
2.1.2. Rationale
A rational documents the justification for decisions such as requirements, design and other decisions.
2.1.3. Problem
A problem documents a deficiency, limitation, or failure of one or more model elements to satisfy a requirement or need, or other undesired outcome.

A comment link links rationale, problem or comment to any element in the diagram.
