FREE OF CHARGE SOFTWARE LICENSE OF USE 1- Scope of the license: the following Software: wftcrowd v1.0 hereinafter "the Software". This Software has been developed by M. Mimault, researcher of the OPALE project team at Inria (Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et Automatique - Domaine de Voluceau, Rocquencourt - BP 105, 78153 Le Chesnay Cedex, FRANCE). Inria holds all the ownership rights on the Software. The Software shall be only distributed by the following website: http://www-sop.inria.fr/members/Paola.Goatin/wft.html Inria disclaims any liability if the users download the Software on another website. 2- Delivery of the Software The Software is provided as Matlab source code. It is Inria's aim for the Software to be used by the scientific community so as to test it, evaluate it and improve it. 3- Rights granted Inria freely grants, for the duration of the copyright, the worldwide non exclusive right to use the Software for academic research purposes only. User undertakes to retain the copyright notices, as well as the name of the authors, in their initial form. 6- Liability This Software is provided "as is" and user undertakes to use the software on its own and entire liability. Any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. User recognizes that the Software is research prototypes, and may therefore comprise defects or errors, for which Inria is not bound to ensure any guarantee nor maintenance services.
