Since Sept. 2014, I am a Research and Teaching Assistant (ATER) at the
IUT Nice Côte d'Azur.
I am conducting my research project within
Morpheme research team at
I3S laboratory.
From Nov. 2009 to Nov. 2013, I have been working as PhD student at
INRIA-Sophia Antipolis, France in the
Asclepios research team and in the
TIRO research team, Nice.
My PhD research was directed by Grégoire Malandain and Jacques Darcourt.
My research involved acquiring preclinical images (SPECT and CT).
My work is divided in two subjects:
a free from respiratory motion
artefacts SPECT reconstruction for small animal (mice),
and a compartmental model for the 99mTc-pertechnetate biodistribution in the murine stomach.
From Sept. 2012 to Aug. 2013, I was ATER at the IUT Nice Côte d'Azur.
In 2009, I completed a Master of Science Degree in Intelligent and Communicating
Systems from the University of Cergy-Pontoise (UCP), France and I graduated
from a French Engineering School "Ecole Nationale Supérieure de
l'Electronique et de ses Applications" (ENSEA) in 2009.

My research topics are medical and biomedical imaging, image analysis and image
processing.
I also did a few research on image segmentation with active contour
shapes.
