Short Bio

Since Sept. 2014, I am a Research and Teaching Assistant (ATER) at the IUT Nice Côte d'Azur.
I am conducting my research project within Morpheme research team at I3S laboratory.

From Nov. 2009 to Nov. 2013, I have been working as PhD student at INRIA-Sophia Antipolis, France in the Asclepios research team and in the TIRO research team, Nice.
My PhD research was directed by Grégoire Malandain and Jacques Darcourt.
My research involved acquiring preclinical images (SPECT and CT).
My work is divided in two subjects:
a free from respiratory motion artefacts SPECT reconstruction for small animal (mice),
and a compartmental model for the 99mTc-pertechnetate biodistribution in the murine stomach.

From Sept. 2012 to Aug. 2013, I was ATER at the IUT Nice Côte d'Azur.

In 2009, I completed a Master of Science Degree in Intelligent and Communicating Systems from the University of Cergy-Pontoise (UCP), France and I graduated from a French Engineering School "Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l'Electronique et de ses Applications" (ENSEA) in 2009.

For further details on my education, research and teaching, see my resume.

Research interests

My research topics are medical and biomedical imaging, image analysis and image processing.
I also did a few research on image segmentation with active contour shapes.
