The Software has been registered on August, 1st 2011 with the Agence pour la Protection
des Programmes (APP) with the number IDDN.FR.001.310007.000.S.P.2011.000.31235
The INRIA, CNRS and UNS hold all the ownership rights on the Software.

The Software is still being currently developed. It is our aim for the Software
to be used by the scientific community so as to test it, evaluate it and improve
it.

The INRIA, CNRS and UNS freely grant, for the duration of the copyright, the
worldwide non exclusive right to use the Software for non-commercial purposes
only.

Source code access is allowed. Every user of the Software shall communicate to
the main developer (Luc.Hogie@inria.fr) his or her remarks as to the use of the
Software.

No source code modification is authorized without INRIA, CNRS and UNS approval.
Please contact the main developer (Luc.Hogie@inria.fr) if such use is desired.

In case of using the Software for a publication, user must request the main
developer (Luc.Hogie@inria.fr) for authorization.

User undertakes to retain the copyright notices, as well as the name of the
