Traffic models, simulations and measurements
In the first paper we use a novel H-infinity approach in order
to identify the parameters of an AR (Auto-Regressive) process
fead by an noize, not necessarily Gaussian.
This is used for modeling and synthesis of video traffic.
AR models are useful in flow control
for modeling non-controlled VBR traffic, see
Flow control in telecommunication networks .
In the work with S. Alouf and P. Nain we design estimators of population
size in a multicast group using filtering theory.
