Prospective authors should submit full paper (15-20 pages) to the program committee co-chairman, Marjan Mernik, preferably by this Submission Form or e-mail waga99-subm@inria.fr to arrive by November 30, 1998.

Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection by January 15, 1999.

The chance of successful electronic submission is maximized if all elements of the paper (text, figures, tables) are generated using a Unix system with the standard Unix tools.
