CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The early registration deadline is September 3, 2005. After this date, new registrants will be charged the higher fee for late/on-site registration. On-site registration is possible only if the payment is made by cash or a check in Euros. To register, participants have to fill in the registration form, then send it with payment by fax or mail to: Dany Sergeant, INRIA Sophia-Antipolis, B.P. 93, 06902 Sophia Antipolis - FRANCE, Fax: +33 (0)4 92 38 79 55. Registration fees are stated in Euros. The current exchange rate is approximately € 1.00 EUR = $1.21 USD. Other conversion rates are available here. Registration forms without payment will not be accepted.
The registration fee for the main conference provides access to all conference sessions from Wednesday, October 5 to Friday, October 7 (3 days). The fee includes: a copy of the conference proceedings, welcome reception on Tuesday evening, conference banquet on Thursday evening, refreshment breaks, and conference lunches.
Extra tickets for the conference banquet can be purchased for 50 € (approx. 60 $) on a space available basis. However, it is not possible to order an extra copy of the proceedings together with the registration.
The registration fee for tutorials provides full access to all tutorials on Monday, October 3 and Tuesday, October 4. The fee also includes refreshment breaks, lunches, and tutorial notes.
Fees will be returned in full for any written cancellation received before September 12, 2005. No refund will be made for cancellation received after this date.
