Expert engineer in the Lemme project, I am involved in the development of pCoq, a structured editor for mathematical formulaes. I particulary study the integration of the W3C consortium's recommandations (XML, XML Shema, DOM, MathML, RDF, XSL) into the editor.
Formely, I have worked two years in the Department of Molecular Biology of the University of Athens. The aim of my work was to develop algorithms and softwares allowing the prediction of protein structures from amino-acids sequence (more information on this activity can be found on my old homepage).
