Every participant (including speakers) must complete a form.

Print and complete the registration form fully and legibly.
Enclose the payment or a purchase order completed by your company or your research laboratory administration. In this latter case, a bill will be send back to you by surface mail so that you can send the payment.

This is just a central reservation service. Laval is not a very big town so we recommend you make this reservation as soon as possible. You will pay yourself the rooms when checking out.
