Ranan Fraer has developed a metal and some ppml specifications for B.
It was based on the BNF people of B-toolkit published two years ago.
I put the sources in ftp access:

ftp://ftp-sop.inria.fr/pub/contrib/B

Ranan also told me that someone at CNAM (Ph. Facon  (facon@cnam.fr)) was also 
working on an environment for B. It would also be wise to get in touch with him
