Hello INRIA,



We at First Result are investigating the use of the ASF+SDF system which
runs on the Centaur system. In coorporation with the University of
Amsterdam and CWI (Prof. P. Klint) we are conducting scientific research
on code generation.

With respect to our research we would like to post a number of questions
to you.



1. Is it possible to run the Centaur system on a PC running Linux?

2. If so, what requirements (memory, processor speed, disk space) are
set for such a configuration?
3. Which version of Linux (or Linux variant) would be required?

4. Will ASF+SDF run on such a Linux system?

5. If so, will performance be a problem?
