WWW & Centaur

There is now a www page concerning Centaur.

This page includes an annotated bibliography, the Centaur
tutorial, and an interactive presentation.  However, perhaps
must useful for our regular users is the fact that you can 
"browse the mailing list".  

(Note as well that you can subscribe or unsubscribe to the 
 mailing list using the page linked to "getting the system".)
