Hello,

I tried to create a ctview using {editor-view}:create, {ctedit}:create,
{ctframe}:create etc... instead of make-ctview.

When I try to display a tree, this ctview can't find the pretty printer:

Pretty Printer 0-std not found
Pretty Printer 0-std not found
File not found: 0.t 

I tried to set the Formalism property of the formatter, but the result is
the same.

Did I forget anything anywhere?
