Sorry. i sent out the following message sometime in August, somehow
your group slipped through the safety net.  i hope this hasn't cause a 
great deal of problems for your graduate students.  The problem is with the 
version of lelisp (its license has expired).  The fix is included below.

Dear Centaur User, 

I hope that you are happy with the latest version of Centaur (v1.2).
Unfortunately, in making a certain number of the distribution tapes, an 
error was made and you will no longer be able to start a new centaur 
session (on either a decstation or a sun sparcstation) after August 20th.  

To correct this problem, you will find two encrypted lines below.  These 
(2 lines) should be used as the contents of the following 2 files:

	<Your-centaur-directory>/sources/sun4OS4/ILOGACCESS
	<Your-centaur-directory>/sources/decstation/ILOGACCESS

Note that these files already exist on your system.  The easiest way to
perform the necessary update is to edit the above two ILOGACCESS files,
delete their current contents, and include the two lines below (e.g.,
doing a simple cut&paste from this e-mail message).  Do not include the 
surrounding "Start of ... " and "End of ..." lines.  Note that both lines 
contain a newline character at the end.   (NB: these changes can be done 
before the 20th.)
