have received one with the tape and the MU-Prolog license.

MU-Prolog does not handle real numbers. The prolog compiler that we have chosen
to replace MU-Prolog, SEPIA from ECRC, will use real numbers. But this new
implementation is not yet ready to be distributed, and you will have to wait
a little.
